In the third year of Bunroku era (Year 1594), a long-established incense company, Kungyokudo Co., Ltd., started out as a Nishi Honganji served apothecary at the place where it's currently located, which is in front of Nishi Honganji in Kyoto. Since then, Kungyokudo is the Japan's oldest incense supplier which has been making the scent for the ceremonies or everyday life of each era. While keeping the tradition as a long-established incense company in Kyoto, with the natural-perfume-oriented blending skills cultivated throughout the years of experience as a base, and as a total brand of scent, we will keep proposing the new concept of the scent which will fit well in the present lifestyle.

How to order
We do not accept orders from outside of Japan through our online shop. Please order from our mail order form. We are able to answer your inquiry only by English or Japanese via e-mail. Our products are intended for sales to consumers only. We do not accept orders for purpose of resale.
STEP 01
Please input product number, puroduct name, quantity and price on our mail order form.
STEP 02
We will send a confirmation e-mail with an invoice attached, so please check the detail of the total amount including shipping fees.

STEP 03
If all information on the invoice is correct and you agree with that, please let us know your credit card detail either by e-mail or FAX (+81-75-343-1459)
* You cannot cancel your order after your credit card payment is made.
STEP 04
Items are shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS). All parcels are dispatched within 7 days after your credit card payment is completed. When your order had been shipped, we will send an e-mail notification with your EMS tracking number.
* In case of deliveries may incur custom duty or any other additional charges, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay them.
* Depending on the destination, parcel may take long time to arrive. Please refer to the LINK below for detail of delivery days.

Payment method
We accept only credit card payment. For security purpose, you cannot use a credit card which has a different name than the customer’s name. We accept these card associations.
Returns
We do not accept any returns expect faulty products.
